I already forget which party or event did I ate these yummy Filipino cuisine. Maja de ube, a dessert made from mashed purple yam and coconut milk.  I remember preparing maja blanca during  my college days but now I already forgot how to do it. It is very similar to maja de ube but  the latter only has ube  in it.  I guess, I need to learn doing it again.

I know how to prepare some Filipino desserts but not really all. I also have many friends who can really cook good when talking about Filipino desserts and cuisines.  Thanks to my friends  for letting me  taste their foods and  recipes.
